Although a skilled DIYer may install tile, we recommend using a professional tile contractor for WOW Tiles, especially for complex shapes or decorative layouts. Key requirements include:

A correctly prepared, flat, level subfloor or wall substrate

Use of appropriate adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes if needed

Accurate layout, especially when dealing with geometric, angled or relief tiles

Proper cutting, alignment, and finishing at edges, trims and transitions

OK maintenance is fairly straightforward:

Sweep or vacuum surface to remove grit and dust

Use a damp mop or cloth with a pHneutral tile cleaner (avoid acidic or abrasive agents)

For textured or relief tiles, use soft brushes to clean grooves gently

Clean spills promptly to avoid staining or residue

For walls, a mild detergent solution is usually sufficient, rinsed well

Avoid harsh chemicals, acids, bleach or scourers

Yes, in many cases individual tiles can be removed and replaced, provided a matching tile from the same range and batch is available. This modular replacement helps with longterm upkeep, particularly in heavily used areas. We recommend retaining extra tiles when placing your order to cover future repairs or replacements.
